Overcoming Trust Challenges in Cross-Border Procurement: Tianneng’s First Authorized Export Operations Center Opens

Number Of Visitors : Release Time : Jul 06,2026

In the current era where China's new energy industry is accelerating its overseas expansion, "how to shift from product export to brand export" is a long-term challenge that all companies must confront. For a long time, the lack of unified service standards in cross-border trade at the front end, and the high trust costs for overseas cust
omers to purchase from China, have been common shortcomings that hinder the establishment of global recognition for Chinese brands.

On July 3rd, Tianneng International (Wuxi) Operation Center was officially launched. This is Tianneng's first export trade authorized operation center. Essentially, it has established a standardized brand and service system beyond the traditional trade chain, marking the transition of its export trade standardized service system from top-level planning to the stage of actual operations.

Restructuring Cross-Border Touchpoints to Create a Unified Window

For a long time, China's exports of new energy and electric vehicles have mainly relied on single-point trade and OEM cooperation. There is a lack of unified standards in the front-end service chain. When overseas customers come to China for visits, they often need to connect with multiple factories and multiple interfaces. Brand recognition is fragmented and the business decision-making cycle is long, which have become hidden barriers restricting the efficiency of Chinese brands' overseas expansion.

The export trade authorization operation center system that Tianneng can initiate is precisely aimed at this structural gap. By setting up unified standard service nodes in the core export distribution centers, it creates a fixed scenario that integrates brand display, business negotiation, and cooperation connection for overseas traders and end customers who come to purchase in China. It integrates the originally scattered purchasing touchpoints into a predictable and standardized service experience, reducing the trust cost and communication cost of cross-border cooperation at the process level.

Select the core hub and verify the standard mode

As the first project of this system, the location selection of Wuxi operation center is based on a clear industrial logic. The Yangtze River Delta is the region with the most complete industrial chain for new energy and electric vehicles in the country. Wuxi is also one of the core hubs for the export of electric two-wheel vehicles, with a large number of vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, and permanent foreign business resources, and possesses a natural window effect.

Li Mingjun, a member of the Party Committee of Tianneng Group and the President of Tianneng International, believes that the competitive logic in the current international market has changed. The advantage of a single product is no longer sufficient to sustain long-term competitiveness. The brand system and comprehensive service capabilities are now becoming the key factors determining success or failure. Wuxi, as the first city where Tianneng's export service network was established, and also a verification site for the standardized model, will rely on the local mature industrial foundation to coordinate and undertake various functions such as receiving overseas customers' visits, matching demands, and project coordination. It will strive to implement a replicable operational model through practice.

Build a global service network

In the future, Tianneng will use its Wuxi operation center as a standard model and continue to expand its layout in key export industrial belts and core overseas markets. It will gradually build a brand service and customer connection network covering major export distribution centers, continuously improve its international operation system, and enhance its global market competitiveness.

Under the background of the transformation of the offshore expansion of new energy to brand deepening, the layout of these standardized service nodes essentially transforms the cost and technological advantages of Chinese manufacturing into sustainable brand and service barriers, and also provides a reference sample for more Chinese new energy enterprises to explore the globalization path.
