On September 4, 2025, the second China-Pakistan B2B Investment Summit was held in Beijing. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech, while Ren Hongbin, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), also attended the event and extended gratitude. Ren Hongbin stated that China and Pakistan are strategic partners, with the significant and tangible results of economic and trade cooperation, injecting new momentum into building a closer China-Pakistan community with a shared future in the new era.

As a representative enterprise in the new energy industry, Li Mingjun, Director and Deputy General Manager of Tianneng Battery Group and President of Tianneng International Business Division, and Ji Huadong, Head of Tianneng International Business Division, were invited to attend the summit on behalf of Tianneng. During the summit, Tianneng signed memorandums of understanding (MOU) with several Pakistani partners and completed order signings. These practical achievements not only demonstrate Tianneng’s technical expertise and international influence in areas such as power batteries, energy storage systems, and clean energy applications but also inject new momentum into China-Pakistan industrial synergy and energy transition.
