On September 8, 2025, Tianneng Battery Group and Pakistan’s ACM Group officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum (MOU) at Tianneng’s headquarters. The two parties will engage in in-depth collaboration across the entire new energy industry chain, jointly promoting the transition to green energy.

Mr. Qasim, Head of Lithium Battery Industry Development and International Sales President of ACM Group, Zhou Jianzhong, Vice Chairman of Tianneng Battery Group and Chairman of the Lithium Battery Business, Chen Qinzhong, Assistant President of Tianneng Battery Group and President of Resource Recycling Business Department, Li Mingjun, Director and Deputy General Manager of Tianneng Battery Group and President of Tianneng International, Zhang Bo, President of Lithium Battery Business Department, Ji Huadong, Head of Tianneng International Business, and other representatives from both sides attended the signing ceremony.

Zhou Jianzhong stated in his address that Tianneng would fully leverage its strengths to create a new complementary and win-win cooperation model with ACM Group. The collaboration will span multiple dimensions, including production manufacturing, technological upgrades, market expansion, and resource recycling, jointly driving the global application and development of green energy.

Mr. Qasim also introduced ACM’s transformation plans and expressed strong expectations for the future cooperation between the two parties.

The signing ceremony was successfully completed in the presence of senior executives from both sides. This strategic cooperation not only marks a further deepening of mutual trust but also serves as a significant milestone in promoting the synergistic development of the new energy industry chain for both parties.
