As the penetration rate of new energy continues to rise, the requirements for energy storage in power systems are moving toward "high integration, high safety, and all-climate adaptability." Tianneng Energy Storage's latest TN-L215/418 liquid-cooled energy storage system, featuring an AC 690V voltage platform, 417.9kWh rated capacity, and all-condition reliable design, offers a highly competitive technical choice for commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage, microgrids, and grid-scale applications.

Temperature control has always been a core technical challenge in energy storage systems. The TN-L215/418 is equipped with an intelligent liquid-cooled temperature control system that keeps cell temperature differences within a very narrow range. This not only extends cycle life but also achieves an ultra-wide operating temperature range of -30°C to 50°C. Whether at outdoor stations in northern winters or inside container enclosures in southern summers, the system maintains rated charge/discharge performance. The storage temperature range is further extended from -35°C to 60°C, providing ample safety margin for transportation and standby storage.

The system uses large-capacity LFP 3.2V 314Ah cells, totaling 416 cells (416S1P), with a nominal voltage of 1331.2V and a voltage range of 1164.8V to 1497.6V. The high-voltage platform effectively reduces the DC side current (rated current only 157A), thereby lowering line losses and heat generation. It supports a maximum charge/discharge rate of 0.5P/0.5P with a depth of discharge (DoD) from 0% to 100%. Under rated conditions, the maximum round-trip efficiency is 88%, meaning that for every 100kWh of electricity input, 88kWh of usable power is discharged—significantly more economical than similar early-generation products.

On the PCS side, the rated power is 215kW, with a rated AC voltage of 690V and frequency self-adaptation of 50/60Hz. The connection is three-phase four-wire (3P+N+PE), supporting mainstream low-voltage distribution grids worldwide. The power factor can be continuously adjusted from -1 to +1, enabling both reactive power compensation for inductive loads and four-quadrant operation. The noise level is rated at 72dB(A), which is slightly higher than its predecessor, but entirely acceptable for outdoor or dedicated equipment room scenarios.

Another major highlight of the TN-L215/418 is its compact, lightweight design. Overall dimensions are only 1350×2550×1350mm (W×H×D), with a weight ≤3.8 tons. Compared to traditional air-cooled storage cabinets, the volume is reduced by nearly 40%, allowing easy passage through standard factory doorways without the need for large lifting equipment, significantly lowering transportation and installation costs. For space-constrained industrial parks or temporary capacity expansion scenarios, this advantage is particularly practical.

In terms of operation and maintenance, the system supports Modbus TCP and CAN communication protocols, enabling seamless integration into mainstream EMS platforms or cloud monitoring systems. The EMC level meets international standards and has obtained corresponding certifications, paving the way for export projects.

With its combination of high voltage, liquid cooling, and compact rugged construction, the TN-L215/418 is especially well-suited for the following applications:

· Industrial park peak-valley arbitrage: Two charge/discharge cycles per day, with 88% efficiency delivering a faster payback period.

· Solar-storage-charging integrated stations: High DC-side voltage matches PV strings, while the AC side directly supplies power to charging piles.

· Island/mining area microgrids: IP55 rating with optional C5 anti-corrosion protection, resistant to salt spray and dust.

· Data center/hospital backup power: 0-100% deep discharge makes full capacity available, while liquid cooling ensures high reliability.

The Tianneng TN-L215/418 liquid-cooled energy storage system redefines the economy and adaptability of large to medium C&I energy storage with its three core features: "liquid-cooled temperature control, high voltage and high efficiency, and compact ruggedness." As the energy storage industry moves from "functional" to "high-performance," this product stands as another powerful testament to Tianneng's technical strength.
